Terms of Use — Faturalar
These terms govern your use of the Faturalar macOS app. Faturalar is distributed through the Mac App Store, so Apple’s standard end-user license agreement also applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Faturalar on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
The app is licensed, not sold. We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.
2. Apple’s standard EULA
If you downloaded Faturalar from the Mac App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. If the two conflict, the stricter provision applies.

3. Permitted use
You may use Faturalar to view invoices that you lawfully possess, and to save or print copies for your own records.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or use the app to access data you are not authorized to access.
4. A viewer, not an invoicing tool
Faturalar displays invoices that were issued elsewhere. It does not create, issue, sign, or validate e-Fatura or e-Arşiv documents.
The app is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Always check the original document and your official records.
5. Purchases and refunds
The app is a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store. Apple processes payment and handles refunds.
To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Faturalar purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Privacy
The Faturalar privacy policy explains how the app handles files and support messages. In short: your invoices stay on your Mac.
7. Updates and availability
We may release updates, change features, or stop supporting older macOS versions. We aim to keep the app working on the system requirements listed on its store page.
8. Disclaimer
Faturalar is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every invoice variant will render perfectly or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes may also be brought before the competent consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.
