Privacy Policy — Faturalar
Faturalar is a macOS app that opens UBL-TR e-Fatura and e-Arşiv XML files. It is designed to work entirely on your Mac. This policy explains what the app does with your files and what information we do — and do not — collect.
1. The short version
- No account is required.
- Your invoices are not uploaded to a server.
- The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- Your files stay on your Mac unless you choose to export or share them.
If you email support, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to answer you.
2. Files and file access
Faturalar opens only the files and folders you choose. It reads invoice XML and ZIP archives to render the invoice on screen. The original files are not modified.
The app may store local preferences (for example, window state or recent folders) on your Mac. You can remove them by deleting the app and its container data.
3. Information we collect
The app does not collect personal data, does not create an account, and does not send invoice contents anywhere.
The Mac App Store may provide us with aggregate sales and crash information according to your Apple settings. That information is controlled by Apple and is not linked to the contents of your invoices.
4. Purchases
Faturalar is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your card number or full billing details.
Apple may provide developers with sales reports and limited transaction information. We use this only to understand sales and provide support.
5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Faturalar does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell data.
The Demir Studio website is separate from the app and uses Google Analytics only with your consent. See the website privacy policy for details.
6. Retention
Invoice files remain wherever you saved them on your Mac. We do not keep copies.
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Because the app does not collect personal data, there is no app-side account or invoice data for us to access, correct, or delete.
If you contact support, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the email you sent. Under KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Children
Faturalar is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described on this page or in the app release notes.
10. Contact
